Shipping Policy

At Nuvessa Makeup, we work with trusted suppliers and fulfillment partners to deliver your orders directly to you. Because our products may be shipped from different fulfillment locations, delivery times can vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information when available.

Please note that orders placed during weekends, holidays, or promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your shipping destination.

United States: 7–15 business days
Canada: 8–18 business days
United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
European Union: 7–18 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–20 business days
Other international destinations: 10–25 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to the destination country, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may take some time to update while your package is in transit, particularly for international shipments.

Multiple Products in One Order

If you purchase multiple products in a single order, your items may be shipped separately.

This can happen because products may be fulfilled from different warehouses or suppliers. As a result, you may receive multiple packages and separate tracking numbers for the same order.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees simply because your order arrives in multiple packages unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by your country are the customer's responsibility.

Nuvessa Makeup is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for fees charged by local customs authorities.

Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives within the estimated delivery timeframe, shipping delays can occasionally occur.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@nuvessamakeup.com.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address or redirect the package.

Nuvessa Makeup is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local delivery carrier.

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Nuvessa Makeup is not responsible for packages that are confirmed by the carrier as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
